  • Directly from you when you create an account, complete forms, book a class or service, buy a membership or product, join a waitlist, contact us, or otherwise provide information.

If the Services allow you to post reviews, comments, images, or other material in a public or shared area ("User Contributions"), those contributions may be visible to others. You are responsible for the information you choose to make public. No security control can guarantee that information you share publicly will remain private.

Nest does not sell or rent mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or text-message consent data to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Your Choices

Cookies and Tracking

You can configure your browser or device to refuse some or all cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Disabling certain technologies may affect the availability or performance of parts of the Services.

Email and Text Communications

You may opt out of promotional email by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message. For text messages, reply STOP to cancel promotional texts and HELP for assistance. Transactional, account, safety, or legally required communications may continue when permitted by law.

10. Accessing, Correcting, and Deleting Information

You may be able to review or update certain account information through the member portal or app. You may also contact Nest to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided, subject to verification, applicable law, and legitimate business or legal retention requirements.

We may retain information when needed to complete transactions, maintain financial or membership records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, comply with law, or exercise or defend legal claims. Deleting an account may not remove information already shared publicly or retained in backups or archives as permitted by law.

Nest uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to reduce the risk of accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure of personal information. However, no transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting passwords and account credentials and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised. Any legally reportable security breach will be handled and disclosed in accordance with applicable Idaho and federal law.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and financial records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and protecting Nest and its users.

The online Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. Participation by minors in Nest activities may be subject to separate parent or guardian consents and waivers.
